    If you belong to a studio, gym, or business that's switching to Momence from another platform, follow these instructions to access your account.

    How to download and login to the App for bookings, message your coach, manage credits and, reset your password.

    Note: if you are cancelling make sure you are aware of your studio's Cancellation Policy. (ie. do they give credits back for cancellations and, if so, what is their 'late cancellation' window? This will determine if you receive a credit.

    After adding child accounts, in your customer dashboard, head to Events > Choose the quick sign up access link (note you can also do this from your studio's website if they are displaying events there)

    Book all year and only pay if you attend!

    We want you to book with ease and be confident you will not be charged if sometimes you can’t make it and didn’t cancel. Now you can book all your classes sessions for the year, have your membership auto-renew when it runs out and not worry about losing credits if you didn’t make it Please keep in mind that membership credits will expire if you do not choose the auto-book and auto-renewal option.

    Auto-book me into the entire class series

    You'll be charged for this class and then have an unpaid reserved spot in the rest of the class series. Before each class, your spot will be automatically paid for using your membership. If your membership has run out, your selected membership subscription will automatically renew your membership use the payment method on file. This applies to Casual, 10 Pass, and Unlimited memberships.


    Failed Renewals.

    We will keep your bookings for 3 days when membership renewal fails. We will send you reminder emails. To keep your bookings, please review your payment details and we will retry the payment.


    Cancellation Policy.

    We want you to book and attend risk-free. Customers will not be charged for late cancellations or for no-shows. They will get their credit back. However, late cancellations and no-shows are tracked.
