    POWA Punching Sensors

    During November 2025, we are testing your boxing-specific fitness using the POWA Punching sensors. There are several protocols and benchmarks suited for different categories of boxing.

    Fitness boxing | 60 Minutes

    Amateur boxing | 3 Rounds x 3 Minutes

    Professional boxing | 4-12 Rounds x 3 Minutes

    The testing is open to all Get Fit Boxing members at no charge.

    1 Minute all-out results

    The 4 Weeks All Out Punching Test includes:

    20 people, 0:30 seconds, all-out once a week

    20 people, 0:30 seconds, all-out week 1 and 4
    20 people, 1 minute, all-out once a week

    20 people. 1 minute, all-out on week 1 and 4

    3 Minute rounds of 3-punch combos

    The 4 Weeks, Multi-rounds Test includes:

    20 people, 3 times a week, 3 👊🏼 combos, 3 minutes

    5 people, 3 times a week, 1 hour in our normal class
