    Why do I need this?

    You are losing clients: Many clients come to me from boxing with PTs, saying, "I want to learn real boxing". Clearly, they like boxing but stopped boxing with you, because they want more.

    We help you keep them: Our classes teach you real boxing skills, how to run a private session, or a group class. Drills, combos, pad work, and bag work you can use with your clients. You can progress their skills from basic to advanced, learning from you, interested, and engaged in working with you.

    A local Vision franchise owner came to visit us, saw what we do, and wanted to start training with us right away. To help his team run better sessions, retain clients, and sell more boxing sessions.

    FAQs

    How much does it cost?

    These are private classes for your gym, so it depends on the level you and your team are at, and how many of you are coming.

    How long are the courses?

    Typically, an entry course is 6 weeks with 2 classes per week, plus the bonus sessions. This can be customised to match the needs of you and your team.

    When and where do they run?

    We offer one-hour classes at PT-friendly session times, between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Our address is Level 1, 378 Pacific HWY, Crows Nest.

    Can I join in with members from other gyms?

    We do offer classes that include PTs from different gyms.

    Is this course accredited?

    Not yet.

    Can we continue training after we finish the course?

    Yes, we can arrange ongoing training.

    What about sparring and getting hit?

    You must participate in interactive drills, which are fun, and improve real boxing skills. These are designed so no one gets punched.

    The bonus session will include technical sparring. Headgear and mouth guards are required.

    Can I train to fight?

    Yes, we can train you to fight as a registered boxer with Boxing Australia NSW.

    Will I be able to run individual or group sessions after the course?

    You'll receive comprehensive guidance on safety protocols, pad holding techniques, and effective striking skills. We'll also cover how to adapt your approach for clients of varying sizes, ages, and abilities. You'll be equipped with sample session formats and content, including progressive structures that build from foundational drills to advanced combinations.

    Do you run women-only sessions?

    Yes, subject to class numbers.
